Judge people.<\/p>\n<p>8:00 AM \u2013\u00a0Get a shower and get dressed<\/p>\n<p>8:30 AM &#8211; Stop for coffee even if it means getting into the office after 9:00<\/p>\n<p>9:15 \u2013 Noon \u2013\u00a0Try to keep my\u00a0head above water, get distracted be several IM&#8217;s, calls, and urgent messages<\/p>\n<p>Noon \u2013\u00a0Eat lunch out\u00a0&#8211; most likely at a Mexican restaurant where I\u00a0suffer mouth abrasions from tortilla chips<\/p>\n<p>1:00 \u2013 5:00 \u2013\u00a0Get 1 or 2 things done and feel a fleeting sense of accomplishment<\/p>\n<p>5:00 \u2013\u00a0Regret not getting to work earlier so I\u00a0could be\u00a0home by now<\/p>\n<p>5:45 \u2013\u00a0Decide tonight is not the night for my\u00a0monthly work-out<\/p>\n<p>6:30 \u2013\u00a0Drink a protein shake accompanied by a half-bottle of wine (feel like that&#8217;s showing\u00a0restraint)<\/p>\n<p>7:30 \u2013\u00a0Watch TV<\/p>\n<p>8:00 \u2013\u00a0Start playing PS4<\/p>\n<p>9:00 \u2013\u00a0Promise I&#8217;ll\u00a0only play 30 more minutes<\/p>\n<p>9:30 \u2013 Lie to myself about how tired\u00a0I am<\/p>\n<p>10:00 \u2013\u00a0Finally put down the PS4 controller because it&#8217;s out of battery and I&#8217;m\u00a0too far away to plug it in<\/p>\n<p>10:30 \u2013\u00a0Lie awake&#8230;vowing that tomorrow will be different<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>6:15 AM \u2013\u00a0Still asleep 6:30 AM \u2013 Hit snooze button for the first time 7:00 AM \u2013\u00a0Realize the day is approaching regardless of how I feel about it 7:30 AM \u2013 Wake-up by scrolling through my\u00a0Facebook timeline.
